Privacy policy

In short. Signing in is optional. Your photos are used only to create the images you request and are not stored on our servers. We do not sell your data or use your photos to train AI models.

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the Momenta AI app and momenta.social, provided by Momenta AI. Contact: contact@momenta.social.

2. Data we collect

Account: an account identifier; if you sign in, your email address and sign-in method (email, Apple, or Google).
Photos and inputs: the photos you upload and the options or text you choose for an image.
Usage and purchases: generation history, credit balance, subscription and purchase status.
Device: device type, operating system, app version, language, country, and IP address.
Support: messages you send us.

3. Your photos

Uploaded photos are sent securely to our image provider to create your images and are not saved in our database or storage. Generated images are delivered to you by link and saved on your device. We do not use facial recognition and do not use your photos to train AI models.

4. How we use data

To provide the app and your account, create your images, process purchases, send account emails (such as confirmation and password reset), provide support, and prevent abuse.

5. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service:

Supabase — database, sign-in, and servers
fal.ai — image generation
RevenueCat — in-app purchases and subscriptions
Resend — account emails
Apple and Google — sign-in, app distribution, and payments
Netlify — website hosting

Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and Japan.

6. Advertising partners

The app currently contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you. If we add advertising measurement tools such as the Meta (Facebook) SDK or TikTok SDK in the future, we will update this policy first, and on iOS we will ask your permission through App Tracking Transparency before any tracking.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account), which removes your data from our servers. See Delete your account.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or KVKK), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Email contact@momenta.social.

9. Children

The app is for users aged 18 and over. Do not upload photos of children.

10. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access to it is restricted.

11. Changes

We will update the date above and notify you in the app of important changes.
