1. Agreement

By using Momenta AI you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our subscription terms. You must be 18 or older.

2. Your account

You can use the app without signing in, but your credits are then tied to that installation. Signing in keeps your credits and membership across devices. You can delete your account at any time.

3. Your photos

Only upload photos you have the right to use, of adults who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children. You keep the rights to your photos and allow us to process them only to create your images.

4. AI-generated images

Images are created by AI and may contain errors. They are not real photographs; the baby portrait is an imagined image. You may use your images for personal purposes and share them.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use the app to:

• create images of people without their consent, or to harass or impersonate anyone;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, or illegal content, or any content involving minors;
• present generated images as real to mislead others;
• misuse, copy, or bypass the app’s limits or security.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Purchases

Credits and subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Credits have no cash value. See the subscription terms.

7. Third-party services

The app uses third-party services, including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, fal.ai, Supabase, and Resend, as described in our privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for how generated images are used. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the app, its support, or claims related to it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of important changes. Contact: contact@momenta.social.
